In mental health coaching we have the option of personalised sessions working through your current challenges and towards your specific goals, or our mental wellbeing programme, Mind Wise, which is a great option for those wanting to learn skills and strategies to support their mental health in a range of areas.

WHAT IS MIND WISE?

Mind Wise is a comprehensive mental wellbeing programme, designed to provide psychoeducation and skills to help manage mental health.

WHAT WILL I LEARN?

The programme is grounded in evidence-based practices, primarily utilising Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Mind Wise equips you with a toolbox for managing life stressors, focusing on areas like thinking, anxiety, emotions, mindfulness, the body, self-compassion, and communication.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Through the programme, you'll receive a workbook covering these different topics, with each topic containing easy-to-read content and self-reflection questions. We will have weekly or fortnightly one-on-one sessions, where you'll go through a section of the workbook at your own pace before the session. During our sessions, we'll explore the material in-depth and apply it to your life.
